In total 10 different part types are tested to verify the switching test method. Criteria for part selection are ELDRS sensitivity, availability of 70 units from one lot, and costs. The part types selected are:

LM324

The LM124 (LM324) series consist of four independent, high gain, internally frequency compensated operational amplifiers which are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from a split power supply is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

LM158A

HS-OP470 ARH

The HS-OP470 ARH is a radiation hardened, monolithic quad operational amplifier that provides highly reliable performance in harsh radiation environments.

OP470

The OP470 is a high-performance monolithic quad operational amplifier with low voltage noise. The OP470 features a very low input offset voltage and an excellent offset drift, low input bias currents, high open loop gain and is ensuring excellent gain accuracy and linearity, even in high gain applications. It is used for applications such as multiple gain blocks, low noise instrumentation amplifiers, quad buffers, and low noise active filters.

LM311

The LM311 is a voltage comparator with very small input currents lower than 150 nA and an offset current smaller than 20nA. It is designed to work over a wide range of supply voltages of ±15V and down to single 5V used for IC logic.

LM339

The LM139 (LM339) series consists of four independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2mV. They can operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible.

HS-139RH

The Radiation Hardened HS-139RH consists of four independent single or dual supply voltage comparators on a single monolithic substrate. The common mode input voltage range includes ground, even when operated from a single supply, and the low supply current makes these comparators suitable for low power applications.

OP77

The OP77 is a precision single operational amplifier with a very high gain of 140 dB and an extremely low offset voltage. The OP77 is ideally suited for high resolution instrumentation and tight error budget systems.

LM317

The LM117 series of adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulators is capable of supplying in excess of 1.5A over a 1.2V to 37V output range. They are exceptionally easy to use and require only two external resistors to set the output voltage. Both line and load regulations are better than standard fixed regulators.

LM336-2.5

The LM336-2.5 integrated circuits are precision 2.5V shunt regulator diodes. These monolithic IC voltage references operate as a low-temperature-coefficient 2.5V zener diode with low dynamic impedance. A third terminal allows trimming of the reference voltage and temperature coefficient.
